Oh, that’s tempting, although I s wore that I would never own another black car. I’ve been looking at FCs a lot lately, instead of Miatas, but haven’t decided on one or the other.

Back in the ‘80s I had a boss that had an FC convertible, white with a blue interior, that I would frequently get to use. Reflecting back, it was quite a nice car and I really enjoyed driving it, but at the time I was a German car snob and viewed it as a cut-rate Porsche, thinking in terms of what it wasn’t rather than what it was.

You raaaaang? Ehh, convertible. A whole lot of nope. Not a fan of convertibles in any shape or form. Seems coupes are getting harder to find. I remember when you couldn’t give them away.

This is a great idea. The non turbo FC is a very easy car to live with.
